Remember Major-General Anthony Taguba, who led the U.S. Army's investigation of the Abu-Ghraib torture scandal? Forced into retirement after his overly frank report, he has come out with the full story of his probe. He says the U.S. committed "war crimes" with its "systematic regime of torture," authorized by the president. He says: "This story is not only written in words: It is scrawled for the rest of these individual's lives on their bodies and minds." See more here.
