Documents: None of 72 Pentagon Weapons Programs Meet Standards, GAO Reports
Posted today at Cryptome.org: The U.S. Congressional Government Accountability Office's March 2008 Defense Acquisitions report, titled "Assessments of Selected Weapon Programs."
